Our vineyards are located in Perdriel and Ugarteche in Luján de Cuyo, and Tupungato and El Cepillo in the Uco Valley, a total of 74 hectares planted. All of our vineyards are located in between 900 to 1300 metres above sea level. This is beneficial for the concentration of colour, aromas and characteristics needed to produce beautiful wines. Yielding is very low: From 4 ton/ha to 10 ton/ha. We believe in minimum intervention to produce great wines: The grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery in small 20kg cases, and no chemicals are used in our vineyards.

The vineyards in Mendoza are planted in desert conditions, protected from the rain in the west by the Andes Mountains and from the east by the Argentine plains (Pampas). The water used to irrigate the vineyards comes from the melting ice of the mountains, and the high altitude leads to increased diurnal range, high sunlight exposure and intensity. Soils are usually well drained, poor, rocky and sandy, and the climate is continental, with hot and dry summers and cold winters, with extremely low rainfall  (150 to 220 ml per annum). Because of this, there are few problems with diseases, and the use of chemicals is not needed. All of these characteristics make Mendoza the perfect place to produce high-quality wines.

The grape varieties available are: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Bonarda, Syrah, Lambrusco, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, all of them coming from low yielding vineyards.
